SECOND UPDATE! We will be reorganizing our internet shop in order to address our changing economy, and our own manpower needs to re-open the physical shop. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We will not be accepting internet orders until July 30th.
UPDATE: Due to continued stalling and ?? who knows what??, the township took until this week to agree on what type of water meter needed to be installed. Theoretically, this will now happen reasonably quickly, but we are having to once again postpone re-opening our store. We hope to open July 30th. Our retail store will be closed until June 10th, so we can comply with the township's requirements to put a meter on our water line to make sure we are not generating more sewage than our system was built for. You may ask why it will take us until June 10th to put a meter on. The answer is that in order to do so, we must have a 100 page report generated by a certified Sewage Engineer written up, then the report needs to be passed thru the county government, the township government, and the Dept of Environmental protection.... twice.., and each of them require fees per pass-through, plus at least one month to pass judgment on it, then after all that, we can put a $100 meter on the line. Regulatory oversight as an excuse for governmental empire building? Who knows.
